Explanation

The data belongs to an online retail company that delivers goods worldwide. In this project, I conducted an analysis to observe the workflow and performance of the company in each country over the years. I have written a report to increase the company's revenue in the shortest time and with the lowest possible costs. I tracked some critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and segmented countries, suggesting strategies for each segment.
